Every order is poured by hand, so the process stays small and personal from the first message to the finished candle.
Tell us the occasion
Send a note with what you are celebrating, roughly how many candles you need and when you need them.
Choose the scent
We will walk you through the fragrance options and help you land on something that suits the occasion.
Approve the label
For custom orders you will see a proof of the label — names, dates, wording — before anything is poured.
Poured and packed
Your candles are poured in small batches, left to cure, then packed and ready for collection or delivery.
Candle Care
Getting the best burn
Trim the wick to about a quarter inch before each burn. Let the first burn run until the melted wax reaches the edge of the vessel — it sets the memory for every burn after it. Never leave a lit candle unattended, and keep it away from draughts, children and pets.
